I’m working on adding more sections to Contributing on the website.
I imagine the final structure like this:
This PR moves most content from
CONTRIBUTING.mdto a newHow to Contributesection on the website, making it more prominent. I also took an opportunity to update some its parts to better reflect our contributing workflow and add some tips.
